Every member has a unique and diverse musical background. Some are classically trained, some have performed extensively with jazz and big band ensembles, some have cut their teeth on the Irish rhythm and blues scene and all have worked in the corporate entertainment sector catering for popular music. This eclectic experience is essential to cater for the wide musical tastes of wedding couples and their guests.

Individually, each session musician has years of experience both in live performance and studio and they have worked with a diverse selection of artists including Aslan, Boyzone, Delta Goodrem, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Brian McFadden, Picturehouse, Red Hurley, Leslie Dowdall, Glen Baker, Jack L and The Camembert Quartet (house band on “Tubridy Tonight”) as well as being involved in some of Ireland’s biggest corporate productions including The Supreme Divas Motown Show and Flashback (The Ultimate 80s Experience).

Having worked together on and off over the past 15 years, they eventually decided to pool their resources and focus on becoming the very best wedding band our country has to offer. “The Good Guys” have worked in practically all of the finest venues nationwide – Adare Manor, Killashee House Hotel, Kinnitty Castle, Powerscourt, Citywest Hotel & Golf Club, The ‘K’ Club, Lyrath Hotel, Wineport Lodge, Radisson St. Helen’s Stillorgan, Jurys Hotel Ballsbridge, Lillies Bordello, The Burlington Hotel and The Shelbourne - to name just a small selection of the establishments.

Just a quick email to thank you, Yann and the rest of the lads for the brilliant performance at our wedding. The Jazz Duo at the drinks reception was perfect for the day and the band had everyone on the dance floor for the whole set - it was exactly what we wanted and we really enjoyed it. We had lots of compliments on our band choice as they appealed to all of our guests. The DJ then was great playing all of the classics and had people on the floor til the bitter end (including me and Rob)!! Thanks again!
