Mambo Rock is an exciting band performing in Dublin and throughout the Irish gigging scene in general, playing hits mostly from the 1950's that include such artists as; Bill Haley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Elvis and Showaddywaddy. The show is both musically and visually fantastic.
The band wear full 50's rock and roll attire, and the line-up consists of Drums, Electric Piano, Electric Guitar, Saxophone, Bass and Vocals - Mambo Rock brings real energy and vibrancy to the stage.

Ciaran Cronin – Piano/Keyboard – backing vocals Playing over 20 years – My background includes Jazz, Mainstream and classical – I’ve performed live all over the world - and achieved an honours masters in Traditional Irish Music Performance from the Irish world music centre under the guidance of Professor Micheal O' Suillabháin. I love old time rock and roll and have quite an eclectic taste in musical styles
Charlie Daly - Vocals Originally from Swords, Dublin - I’ve been singing professionally for over 20 years and in addition, play electric guitar and bass. I’ve toured extensively throughout Ireland in every major venue. I’m a big fan of Elvis and music in general from that era. I’ve performed in a number of original and tribute bands over the years ranging from a 2 to 7 piece
Jamie Evans - Saxophone I am performing over 20 years – and play varied styles of music to a professional standard – these include classical, jazz and rock. I have performed as a session musician for many years and toured extensively. I have worked as a music teacher, a recording technician and a conductor. I'm also interested in computer-based composition and have written a number of scores for films and television series. I play a Yamaha YTS875 EX. I use an Otto Link Super Tone Master mouthpiece for rock, with a medium soft read for those nice bendy, growly notes!
Phil Gaynor - Drums I’m the son of a Jazz drummer, and have been drumming all or most of my life. I have played all over Ireland in every major big and small venue and toured Scandinavia and the US. Buckets of kit and percussion recording, session and live work, few film scores and performed with members from the Dubliners, Stockton’s Wing, The Damien Dempsey band, Thin Lizzy and the Cardigans to name but a few. I own and play over 20 different types of drums that include a handmade 6 piece DW drum kit, and varied percussion drums – I play everything from mainstream Rock to Jazz to Afro-Cuban
Arthur Heczko – Lead Guitar My name is Artur Heczko and I'm a guitar player from Poland, currently living in Ireland. I studied Guitar in the School of Music, Katowice, Poland and have been playing guitar for over 15 years. I have performed various styles to include Blues, Jazz, Soul, Gospel and Rock etc. I have collaborated with a lot of successful artists in the Polish music scene from Rock, pop, blues, soul and gospel. I have toured throughout Europe and perform session work throughout Ireland with a number of acts.
Gus Whearity – Bass Guitar & backing vocals I am playing professional bass 17 years with various wedding and tribute bands. Toured in Europe and USA with big swing bands. I perform regularly with, The Barry Cluskey Trio and have played session bass with numerous cover/wedding bands. Influences Stanley Clarke, John Entwistle, victor wooten,,Jaco Pastorius
Influences: Bill Haley, Elvis, Little Richard, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis. Sound Like All leading rock and roll artists from the 50's.
