WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We are a full time professional entertainment and event management agency. We can happily work on any or all aspects of an event from initial conception and planning, venue finding through to event management and production on the event day/night.  We have experience of organising entertainment for a vast range of events from Weddings, Corporate parties, Christmas, Summer and Irish cabaret through to festivals and outdoor events. We have an experience team of event managers and would be delighted to hear from you regardless of the type of event you are planning.

WHAT IS THE USUAL PROCESS?

On the first enquiry we will take a brief from you. The tighter the brief the more likely we are to be able to provide venues that are perfect for your event. Our usual process is to provide an initial list of venues with availability on your preferred dates and if any of these are of interest we will provide a full proposal for you to show to your colleagues. This process will carry on until we have found you some venues of interest.We will then arrange site visits to your preferred venues and should you wish to proceed with a selected venue we will provide you with a contract based on your requirements.

ONCE THE VENUE IS FOUND WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

In most instances we will continue to work with our clients in the build up to the event, either through providing event management services or production and entertainment to enhance the event. We will always be on hand no matter what the involvement to assist with planning at any stage and we will always be there on the day to ensure everything is perfect.
