Profile:

The Beatlemaniacs are the UK’s most authentic, and accurate Beatles Tribute. Formed in 2002, the group has developed their show into a fantastic live act, and the show now contains many costume changes, over 150 songs from the Beatles repertoire, all the correct suits, guitars, amplifiers, drums, boots, and even their own hair!

The Beatlemaniacs have toured the world extensively, performing Beatles' hits to sell out audiences the world over. The Beatlemaniacs have made appearances on BBC TV, on the Blue Peter programme, and of course, they all received Blue Peter Badges!! The group have appeared many times on Radio, and also featured on local and national news. The Beatlemaniacs also appear annually at the Mathew Street Festival in Liverpool for the 'Beatle
Week' celebrations, and regularly offer their services to Charity and Fundraising events.

The group has traveled across Europe and the world, visiting countries such as Belgium, Holland, Denmark, France, Russia and Spain, and also performing at Beatles Festivals in these countries. The group have twice embarked upon a 6 week Theatre tour of New Zealand, covering every major town and city in the country, the first Beatles Tribute to tour the country.

As a further career highlight, on 30thJanuary 2008, The Beatlemaniacs recreated the Beatles’ famous ‘Rooftop Concert’, 39 years to the day since the Fab Four performed on the roof of Number 3, Saville Row, London. This performance was covered by local and national news, including BBC TV and Tyne Tees TV.

Richard Jordan portrays John Lennon in the group. Alongside Richard stand Chris Johnson (Paul McCartney) Greg Alderson (George Harrison) and ‘Jimbo’ Jordan (Ringo Starr), each one a highly acclaimed musician in their own right. With the average age of the group being only 23, they are highly regarded by many as the top Tribute to The Beatles.

A performance by The Beatlemaniacs will consist of songs covering the entire career of The Beatles. Here is an example of how a show might run through the years..........
Please Please Me                            With The Beatles                           A Hard Days Night
1962-64
The show begins in the black and white days of the early 60's, at the very beginning of The Beatles' career, consisting of songs such as She Loves You, I Want To Hold Your Hand, and From Me To You, this is an explosive set of hits, Mop-Top hair and Cuban Heeled Boots!
Beatles For Sale                            Help                            Revolver
1965-66
The Beatles are now a worldwide phenomenon, and after having toured the world, released million selling singles such as Help, Day Tripper and I Feel Fine, they are performing in larger venues, such as Shea Stadium in New York, USA, which at the time was the biggest concert ever conceived, with 50,000+ people in attendance. The Beatles are on top of the world, but very soon their career as a touring band will be over.....
                          Sgt Pepper                           Magical Mystery Tour
1967-68
The Summer of Love is beckoning, LSD is the drug of choice among youngsters, and with the Vietnam War in full swing, the world looks to The Beatles for refuse. The Beatles are now a 'studio' band, and are releasing psychedelic songs such as Strawberry Fields Forever, Penny Lane, and All You Need Is Love. It is a beatiful time, filled with beautiful people, on a Magical Mystery Tour through the late 60's.
White Album                           Let It Be                           Abbey Road
1969-70
The Beatles are coming towards the end of their career, and now with long hair, beards and arguements, they release some of their greatest work, the 'White' Album, Let It Be and Abbey Road. Songs such as Come Together, Back In The USSR, Revolution and Here Comes The Sun define this era, as the story of The Beatles comes to a close.
